If there are product descriptions and user instructions for the item, these are included with the delivery from NORSE. Furthermore, it will be possible to access relevant product descriptions or user guides on NORSE’s website.

PRODUCT SAMPLES

Product samples only show colours, size and quality in general, which is why NORSE is not responsible for any deviations, unless the deviations are significant and for the buyer unpredictably large in relation to the sent product samples.

GUARANTEE

NORSE does not provide an independent guarantee on delivered goods. The buyer agrees to only be able to raise claims in accordance with the supplier’s guarantee for a product directly to the supplier, as NORSE only passes on information about a possible supplier’s guarantee to the buyer.
