Shipping Information

We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business-days of receiving your order. All shipping is by New Zealand Post's International Air service with delivery time being 5-10 working days depending on destination.

An Express mail option is available for if you require urgent delivery of your items. This typically takes 3-5 working days to be delivered anywhere in the world.

There is an additional charge for the Express delivery service, so please contact us by clicking on the "CONTACT US" icon at the top right of any page with a request for pricing and we will respond as soon as possible.

Customs duty and sales tax

We strive to keep shipped items in small packages and will split large dollar orders into multiple shipments, to keep them under the duty limits for most countries.

However we cannot take any responsability if your shipment is held by the customs organisation in your country and Duty or Sales tax applied.

Returns Information will exchange one garment for another if the returned item is in saleable condition. However, please note that any item returned for exchange must be accompanied by a US$10 Postage and Packing fee to enable us to send out the replacement item.

If you do not wish to exchange the bought item for another and wish to have a credit instead, we will credit you the cost of the garment less any associated shipping cost.

Refund Information

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
